            Location Services (GPS): Used EXCLUSIVELY to verify that attendance is marked within the authorized school perimeter. Location is only captured at the moment of 'Punch In' or 'Punch Out'.
        

Device Information: We record your unique Device ID to ensure account security and prevent multiple unauthorized logins from different devices.

2. Data Usage

All data collected is used strictly for internal school management purposes, including:

Calculating staff payroll based on attendance.
Managing leave requests and approvals.
Generating official professional reports for school administration.

King Smart Hub does NOT share your data with advertisers or third parties. Your professional information is only visible to authorized administrators within your specific educational organization.
